Returns & Exchanges

  • We accept returns and exchanges within 10 days of the delivery date.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

  • Custom-made or personalized jewellery pieces cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.

  • A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns and exchanges.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within [X] business days to the original payment method.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Defective Items
