Terms and Conditions

1. Minimum Monthly Payment

Customers are required to make a minimum monthly payment of ₹3,000, in multiples of ₹1,000 only.

2. Monthly Payment Date

Payments must be made between the 1st and 15th of every month.
Late payments may lead to plan cancellation or loss of bonus eligibility.

3. Plan Duration

The plan runs for a total of 11 months.
The 12th-month bonus is applicable only if all 11 monthly payments are made on time.

4. Bonus Benefit

At the end of the 11-month term, the store will provide a bonus equal to the average monthly instalment.
Example: If ₹5,000/month is paid, the bonus will be ₹5,000.

5. Redemption

The accumulated amount can be redeemed only for gold or diamond jewellery.
No cash, gold coins, or gold bars will be provided under this plan.

6. Customer KYC

Submission of valid KYC documents is mandatory at the time of joining the plan.

7. Early Exit/ Cancellation

If the customer chooses to exit the plan before completing 11 months,
the bonus will not be provided under any circumstances.

8. Billing

Jewellery must be purchased in the 12th month, immediately after completion of the plan.

9. Rates & Charges

Jewellery will be billed as per the applicable rates on the day of purchase.
Wastage charges and taxes will be applied as per actuals.

10. Jurisdiction

All disputes are subject to Bellampally jurisdiction only.
